Shake the pen before each use. Apply the 2-in-1 Lash Adhesive just as you would eyeliner. If you only want to use it as lash adhesive, simply do not create a winged effect and only apply a thin line where you will apply your lashes. If you would like to use it as eyeliner, apply it as you would liquid eyeliner. Allow to dry for 3-5 seconds. Apply lashes directly onto the line and press down.
